The Pennington Street Showcase builds on the success of our annual Block Party. The event spotlights student projects and performances from our three schools – the Paulo Freire middle schools and City High School. Join students and teachers as they put their project-based learning on display to share and engage with the community.

CITY Center for Collaborative Learning designs, implements and advances exemplary practices in teaching and learning that transform the lives of young people and their educators. The Tucson, Arizona based nonprofit provides professional development and community engagement experiences for educators and education advocates, while leading three small secondary schools that serve as demonstration sites.
