It just seemed natural. Take Arizona Biltmore's close connections with celebrity personalities, add wonderful food and drink, plus a whole calendar of entertainment and activities, and Hollywood & Wine has become a blockbuster hit with resort guests and the local community. Hollywood & Wine 2011 kicks off with Academy Award Winning musician and entertainer Randy Newman, May 28^th and 29^th, for this three-month celebrity celebration.

Enjoy evening stars, noted winemakers, artists and celebrity chefs, while mixing it up with the latest trends in culinary cool. June starts with Shakespeare at the Biltmore, and their fantastic interpretations of Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Importance of Being Earnest, June 2^nd – 11^th.

Food, wine and movies make the perfect summer night, and July gives guests a feast for the eyes and the palate. Enjoy movie and food pairings, celebrity cooking classes, and winemaker dinners and discussions. Join the celebration of our country’s 235^th birthday in style, as another celebrity band lights up the stage July 3^rd followed by the famous Squaw Peak pyrotechnics spectacular!

Of course, the headliner in August will be appearances by L.A. comedians. So make your reservations, and be part of the live non-studio audience! The little stars also get to shine big, with a wonderful list of kids activities, including dive-in movies, the Imagination Emporium full of games & more!  

For our big Labor Day finale, two concerts by the Fab Faux who will perform The Beatles' best screen gems, accompanied by a full orchestra.
