Groundbreaking ceremony of Tanger Outlets at Westgate on Mar. 14, 2012.

Tara Hitchcock led an event that saw Glendale Mayor, Elaine Scruggs, welcome Steven Tanger, President and CEO of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, to Glendale with a groundbreaking ceremony. Other city and state representations were on hand to witness the groundbreaking. Tanger Outlets is expected to open in time for the holiday shopping season in November.
