The Centurion Restaurant in downtown Phoenix served an intimate 10 course ALL Seafood Feast with wine pairing for each course at $300 a couple. It featured a table setting with 100 wine glasses and over 500 pieces of silverware, and Ballet wait service with simultaneous plate drops.
