Oct. 24, 2023. Belgravia Group celebrated the future homeowners of Portico, the development group’s first luxury condominium community in the Scottsdale market. Now 75% sold, future residents mixed and mingled with their new neighbors, indulged in wine and apps and learned more about the Portico community from David W. “Buzz” Ruttenberg, Founder/Chairman Emeritus of Belgravia Group. The Tuesday, October 24 event allowed homeowners to make connections, view construction progress and explore the Musical Instrument Museum, which hosted the event.
