Sep. 20, 2019. The Cincinnati Comic Expo at Duke Energy Convention Center is an event similar to Comic-Con in San Diego but on a smaller scale. You see a plethora of convention-goers in cosplay, vendors selling comic books, clothes, toys, artwork and more.
