Jun. 15, 2019. Introduced in 2008 by The ALS Association Arizona Chapter, Bite Nite has established its place as the Valley’s preeminent culinary event and fundraiser. Voted as the Best Annual Event by Arizona Foothills Magazine, this event raises funds and awareness for ALS while showcasing signature dishes from top chefs across the Valley. Guests at Arizona Biltmore Resort experienced signature tastes while enjoying cocktails and live entertainment. This year’s Bite Nite featured our exclusive mystery boxes, silent auction, live auction, and other innovative, energy-building appeals.
