Feb. 1, 2019. ISM Raceway invited Arizona Foothills photographer, Danny Raustadt, and other Phoenix media to a "ride-along" experience in 800 horsepower NASCAR race cars. The cars reportedly hit 140 miles per hour on the straights. Danny said he could especially feel the G's in the corners. Some race fans signed up for the "driving experience" so they could actually pilot their own race car. ISM Raceway has a very exciting NASCAR TicketGuardian 500 race weekend coming up March 8-10.
