Oct. 3, 2018. (Phoenix) ISM Raceway offered a sneak preview of it's ongoing 178 million dollar upgrade project during Goodyear Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series tire testing. Several popular NASCAR drivers were on-hand to test Goodyear racing tires at the track. The track upgrade includes new seating, VIP lounges, restaurants, garages, escalators, under the track tunnel, first aid center, RV parking, rest rooms, media center, start/finish line, and victory lane.
