Sep. 15, 2018. Guests experienced a gorgeous remodel of Old Town Scottsdale favorite, Wasted Grain, along with the unveiling Old Town’s only champagne lounge, Bubble Room. With a capacity of 300 guests, the new lounge located upstairs from Wasted Grain features more than 21 different champagnes to suit all tastes. Wasted Grain will still be known for its expansive interior, hand crafted cocktails and lively atmosphere, but now feature a sleek new interior and an updated menu with the most unique brunch in town. The open-air 3,000 square foot renovated patio is dog friendly with ample comfortable seating, a shrub wall, oversized lawn games, access to two bars, multiple TVs and an Instagramworthy bubble wing mural for the ultimate brunch photo op.
