Apr. 14, 2018. The 40th annual event at Scottsdale Civic Center Mall was the happening place over the weekend featuring over 25 bands on 4 stages and attractions for all age groups including a beer garden, teen cook off, a family zone, and many totes of the Arizona culinary scene on acres of park bliss.
