Feb. 9, 2017. Toni & Guy celebrated their Grand Opening in Old Town Scottsdale with an appearance of Sheriff Paul Penzone to welcome them and cut the ribbon with owner Gerry Watkins. Phoenix Fashion Week was also on hand to showcase their 6 Top Stylists selected for the upcoming Spring Into Style Runway Event.
