Aug. 25, 2016. 2016 Arena Football League media day and awards were held the day before ArenaBowl XXIX. Nick Davila of the Arizona Rattlers received the season's MVP award. Rattlers Coach Kevin Guy shared the 2016 Coach of the Year award with Philadelphia Soul coach Clint Dolezel. Rattlers President Chris Presson was awarded 2016 Executive of the Year. Rattlers Jordon Mudge was awarded 2016 Offensive Lineman of the Year. And, Rattlers Todd Conner was awarded Equipment Manager of the Year. The XXIX ArenaBowl pits the Arizona Rattlers against the Philadelphia Soul at the Gila River Arena in Glendale on Friday, August 26. For more info, please visit http://www.arenafootball.com.
