Mar. 21, 2015. Hi-Health Presents the Carlotti Cosmetic Surgery Center 2015 NPC Western USA. This NPC bodybuilding qualifing event was held on March 20th and 21st at the Mesa Arts Center. Atheletes competed in Body Building, Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Womens Physique, and Mens Physique classes. This event was sponsored by the Carlotti Center and Hi-Health.
