Sep. 12, 2014 at Four Points by Sheraton. The Zoowalk for Autism Research hosted a 10th anniversary community celebration with special guest Temple Grandin. Temple Grandin is a PhD and voice for autism/Asperger's. Parents and children alike wrap around the room to get a chance to meet one of their heroes. There were also vendors, from people who provide support groups to app designers that help kids with autism develop social skills. There was nothing but uplifting spirits and smiles in the room.
