Our photographer, Danny Raustadt, escaped the Arizona heat and is visiting cool SoCal attractions during his annual "Beat The Heat" road trip photo tour. Dan visited Gillian Gibree, owner of Paddle Into Fitness LLC, at Sheraton Hotel and Marina in San Diego, where as she taught a paddleboarding and paddleboard yoga class as part of the Yoga Journal Live Conference.
