Feb. 22, 2014. Fresh Start Women's Foundation held its Annual Fashion Gala at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa that featured a lively cocktail reception, with colorful lighted rings for raffle participants, a Spring Collection fashion show by Saks 5th Avenue, and featured top models from the Agency Arizona preceded a live band entertaining a gourmet dinner.
