The second round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open saw changes in the weather as spectators bundle up a bit to cooler, windy, and mostly cloudy day. Nevertheless, the crowd did not disappoint with loud cheering for their favorite players, and most players showed their appreciation by tossing souvenirs to fans, especially on the world known 16th hole.
