The Gladly Opening at The Gladly on Aug. 30, 2013. The Gladly has opened and about one hundred guests enjoyed a preview party. What was formerly Ruth's Chris Steak House in the Biltmore area is now home to The Gladly. Local trio Chef Bernie Kantak and partners Andrew Fritz and mixologist Richie Moe bring a dinner menu of new American dishes with global accents to the Valley, every day from 4pm-11pm.
