The Welcome to America Project (WTAP) fundraising event was well received with an international buffet, cultural fashion show, auction, dancing and other cultural festivities at First Baptist Church - Scottsdale on Mar. 23, 2013. WTAP is a non-profit organization that furnish the bare apartments of newly-arriving refugees.
