Mar. 11, 2017. Huge crowds turned out to celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Phoenix. The Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Committee plans the event each year. Following the parade, the Phoenix St Patrick’s Day Faire began at the Irish Cultural Center at Hance Park in downtown Phoenix.
