The 105-acre master-planned community of The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley is one of the Valley’s most highly anticipated places to call home. And Shea Homes’ Azure, a Shea Signature Community, will feature 66 multi-level luxury abodes within the desirable destination. The homes were designed in collaboration with PHX Architecture and will feature diverse materials, five residential plans and “transitional and transformative architecture” with a focus on indoor/outdoor living. Residents can choose from approximately 3,800 square feet to 6,700 square feet, with the option of guest suites, detached casitas and detached garages. To round out the community’s good looks, architectural landscape by Scottsdale’s Greey|Pickett will include a unique design that blends evergreen trees and groves with native desert trees, plants, shrubs and cactus accented by metal materials and smooth block and stone.
