DID YOU KNOW THAT ARIZONA FOOTHILLS MAGAZINE TURNS 16 THIS YEAR?

We get it!

We know that the readers we select to share the magazine with each month have been chosen for a reason. If you’re reading this, then you already know that you live this lifestyle or you are an advertiser who wants to reach these people. You have options in life and enjoy the very best. We know many have private jets, luxury estates and successful businesses as well as care about our community, give back and love over-the-top celebrations. Thank you for letting us in your life.

We know it!

Tonight, on Twitter, a prominent figure in our community made a comment about a luxury restaurant and did not mention the name of the establishment or even the city. We sent an immediate response asking where he was—at BLT Steak at Camelback Inn, a JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale. He was shocked we knew it. We know luxury. We know who is really making a difference and feature these people and their families each and every month.

We love it!

We just love that we get to do this for a living. We’ve had some of the same staff for more than 10 years, and we have seen so many changes in the Valley. We are a strong team that will never settle for anything but the very best. The best part is that we plan on printing the magazine for a long time. We have a very effective method of reaching the local tastemakers—those who are staying at the luxury resorts and dining at luxury restaurants. (P.S. If you own a business, and want to attract these tastemakers, you should be in our pages.) Arizona Foothills Magazine is a staple in our community, and we thank everyone including our readers, advertisers and our wonderful staff. We could not do this without you all. We have had the trust of people in our community for 16 years and counting. A friend, Larry Buchanan, said to me, “Michael, trust is not given to someone or a company; it is earned.” We love earning trust.

Take a look at AZFoothills.com. We have new features and pictures of those over-the-top celebrations every day. Did you know we have more content online in a day than we produce in this entire issue? (In fact, our Web site has a totally different staff.) If you like the magazine, it is time you check out AZFoothills.com. (And be sure to follow us on Twitter @AZFoothillsMag, @AZFoothillsFood and @MichaelSDee.)

I think that is enough about us. We look forward to meeting new faces and visiting new places to share with you.
