If you're breathing, chances are very high that you've heard of the latest superstar that the Musical Instrument Museum (AKA the MIM) will be featuring in their latest exhibit, which will be one of the largest in the museum.  If you have teens/tweens, then I'm sure you've heard of this superstar - someone who writes or co-writes most of their own songs, and performs multiple instruments, as well as sold millions of albums...the one, the only, the delightfully sweet and incredibly talented: Taylor Swift.

On October 20th, the MIM will open this incredibly extensive collection for public viewing, and there is much to see.  If you or one of your children or someone you know is a Taylor Swift fan - and really, who isn't? ' then you need to make plans to visit the MIM to view this great exhibit.  If you've been to the MIM before, then you know that everything there is done to the highest standard, and the Taylor Swift exhibit will be, no doubt, amazing.

Featured in the exhibit is this fabulous Robert Cavalli dress Swift wore for tour performances of "Mine."  A Les Paul guitar, along with other instruments used on tours, will also be displayed, in addition to props from "Haunted" on the Speak Now World Tour.

Taylor Swift also has a connection here in Phoenix - one that shows her amazing and sweet spirit - when she wrote a song for Ronan Thompson, a gorgeous little boy who passed away from Neuroblastoma.  Swift started reading the blog of Ronan's mother, Maya, at Rockstar Ronan.   She was so touched by his story and Maya's writing that she wrote a song for Ronan, called, of course, Ronan.  It's beautiful and heartfelt, and you can download the song on iTunes, here

If you want to visit the new Taylor Swift exhibit, you can starting October 20th, at 9am at the MIM, located in Phoenix: 4725 E. Mayo Blvd.
