Rachel Roland is a mom on a mission - exploring beautiful Arizona (and beyond!) with her two little companions, Jeremiah and Sarah, in search of the best restaurants, attractions, and products for you and your children. See what she has in store for your family today!
Jeremiah, Sarah and I were fortunate enough to visit the Lavidge Company to preview one of the very first Esio Hot & Cold Beverage Systems to roll off the production line. These amazing machines (more about why they're amazing in a moment) are from Esio Beverage Company, a Mesa based-company that is rolling out the first machine of it's kind for home use, and I'm positive this will be the hot gift this upcoming holiday season.
The Esio Hot & Cold Beverage System is much different than other 'one cup' type brewing machines available on the market right now. First, they use MultiServe E-Paks, which have up to 16 7oz servings in each package, and you can brew both hot and cold beverages with the touch of a button with no down time. After initial filling of the machine with water (it holds nearly 2 gallons), the water is both refrigerated with a built-in compressor as well as heated with the in-unit water heater. Use of the unit is simple - drop in the E-Pak of your choice, press the button and fill your cup with as much or as little as you want. You control the strength of the drink as well as the amount, which means you can fill a small part of a sippy cup with V8 Splash or a whole pitcher with Country Time Lemonade for a party.
One of the many great aspects of the Esio Hot & Cold Beverage System is that there is no crossover taste - I had a cup of coffee right after the kids made some juice, and they made lemonade right after the coffee. The E-Paks are also quite amazing, because they can be removed from the machine and stored without refrigeration, and you can take them from the machine to storage without messing with caps or covers. Quite innovative and convenient for busy moms like me!
The Esio Hot & Cold Beverage System won't be available until October 1st and will be available exclusively at Walmart - in stores and online - for $199. I'm thinking it's a great Christmas gift for busy moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas, and really, anyone in between!
