Throwing your child's birthday can be a daunting task, but there are some great options for parents all around this beautiful state! Take, for instance, Enchanted Island at Encanto Park. Encanto Park is located in the beautiful Encanto neighborhood in central Phoenix, and Enchanted Island is a mini-amusement park.

A birthday party at Enchanted Island (during the cooler fall/winter/spring months) is sure to make not only your birthday boy or girl happy, but your guests and their parents, as well! Included in the "Pete's" birthday package, (starting at $265), are wristbands that guarantee entrance to all the rides at Enchanted Island, no matter how many times your guest want to ride. Jeremiah and Sarah recently attended a birthday party at Enchanted Island, and they had so much fun. This dragon roller-coaster, for instance, was a huge hit - and riding in the front car?!?! Awesome!!

Most of the rides are definitely for the younger set, though there are a few (a parachute ride and a tea-cup type spinning ride) that the little ones cannot ride alone. All the others, though, don't require an adult to ride with them. Jeremiah and Sarah love the independence of being able to ride by themselves!
