Mark-Taylor Residential is celebrating a milestone year of giving back after completing its largest-ever National Volunteer Month effort through iNSPIRE, the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.

The Scottsdale-based company mobilized team members across Arizona and Nevada throughout April to support local nonprofits, address community needs and strengthen connections within the communities it serves. During National Volunteer Month, employees contributed more than 450 volunteer hours, setting a new company record and highlighting a culture centered on service and meaningful engagement. Team members participated in 20 organized events, ranging from community service to team member-led initiatives.

“iNSPIRE represents our long-standing belief that exceptional communities are built through meaningful connection, intentional service and a shared commitment to making a positive impact,” CEO John Carlson said. “National Volunteer Month is a powerful reflection of our team members’ generosity and their continued dedication to serving our local communities and people-focused causes.”

Volunteer efforts included four onsite service projects hosted at Mira Santi, Brix Warehouse District, San Norterra and FirstStreet Ballpark Village. Employees also partnered with organizations dedicated to helping people and animals in need, including the Arizona Humane Society, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Three Square Food Bank, Barb’s Dog Rescue, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Feed My Starving Children and Pat’s Run. The company says the month-long effort reflects its ongoing commitment to creating positive change through iNSPIRE, which encourages employees to invest their time and talents in causes that matter to them and the communities they call home.
