More than 550 community leaders, advocates, and supporters came together on October 2 for AllThrive 365’s seventh annual Community Breakfast, raising over $325,000 to support aging adults and caregivers throughout Arizona.
The event served as a reminder of the organization’s mission to ensure that aging is met with dignity. The morning featured stories from AllThrive 365 clients who have benefited from its programs, including Ed, a longtime Mesa resident who endured several summers without air conditioning before receiving help through the organization’s Healthy Homes AC Replacement program.
“I called AllThrive 365 on a Monday. The team came out Tuesday to take measurements. And the following Monday, they pulled up with everything in a trailer and installed a brand-new 3.5-ton AC unit. I was amazed,” Ed said. “Without this program, I would be dead. I’m not kidding.”
Ed’s experience is just one example of the thousands of aging adults across Maricopa County facing rising utility costs, limited access to medical care, and increasing isolation. AllThrive 365 works to change that reality - not simply helping people get by, but ensuring they truly thrive.
“Thanks to the community’s generosity, we will continue to drive change and uplift aging Arizonans every day,” said Tami Bohannon, president and CEO of AllThrive 365. “We are so appreciative of all our supporters and sponsors who helped make the breakfast a huge success!”

Southwest Gas served as the presenting sponsor for the event. Norma Guiterrez, senior manager of public affairs, spoke about the company’s long-standing partnership with AllThrive 365 and how it supports their shared commitment to stronger, more sustainable communities.
“Through our collaboration with AllThrive 365, we have assisted thousands of families across Arizona with paying and discounting their utility bills, replacing inoperable water heaters, and weatherizing their homes through our Energy Share, LIRA, Renew and weatherization programs,” Guiterrez said. “These programs have also allowed seniors to see a reduction in their energy bills, increase energy efficiency, and, most importantly, the ability to stay in their homes and live independently.”

Funds raised during the breakfast will directly support AllThrive 365’s programs throughout Arizona. Contributions will help neighbors keep the heat on during the upcoming holiday season, bring warmth and comfort to their homes, and ensure older adults can gather in community centers to share meals and companionship. The funds will also provide vital relief for caregivers, offering them rest and reassurance that they are supported by a community that values their dedication and care.
