Gilbert, Ariz. is getting a new fast-casual restaurant chain. CoreLife Eatery is opening up at 1555 N. Higley Rd., Suite C-105 in Gilbert. The fresh ingredient concept is led by managing partner and former NFL player (and former Sun Devil football player) Adam Archuleta. The grand opening is Friday, May 21. Those who can’t wait are welcome to come in the day before on Thursday, May 20, for “Pay What you Want Day”, benefitting Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

All-day on May 20, order anything on the menu and pay what you want which means guests will be able to order whatever they want for whatever amount they want to pay, with 100% of proceeds going to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

This is the second location for CoreLife Eatery in Arizona. Last October, the restaurant opened in Tempe. Known for using only grass-fed beef, antibiotic-free chicken and pork and cage-free eggs, all ingredients are free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and additives. Archuleta played in the NFL for seven total seasons, five with the St. Louis Rams and one season each with the Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears.
