Since the closing of Iruña, May and his business partner, Quinn Goldsberry, have had some new revolutionary ideas on how to make their new restaurant prosper. The Praying Monk Kitchen and Tap is scheduled to open in two weeks with a very unique and delicious menu. The Praying Monk, is a great restaurant name to have in Arizona since it pays tribute to one of the most beautiful mountains in the state!
