13th Floor Haunted House Phoenix, Phoenix’s ultimate Halloween event, returns on select nights from September 19 through November 1 with three all-new haunted attractions. Dead City Uprising plunges guests into a collapsing city overrun by evolving infected; House of Flesh reveals the gruesome creations of a deranged mortician known as The Carver; and The Reaping Grounds sends visitors into fog-filled underground ruins stalked by The Ripper. Additional experiences include Zombie Splat GellyBall, five-minute Mini Escape Games, the Respawn Pass and the 21+ Shipwreck Secret Bar. The attraction is located at 2710 W.
