Immerse yourself in a diverse array of artistic expressions, including: paintings made with oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors and more. This event also features awesome photography, drawings made with ink, pencil, and charcoal, and sculptures made from stone, bronze, metal, glass, wood, clay, mixed-media and gourds. Meet the artists, discover their inspirations, and find a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your personal taste. This year’s featured artist is abstract painter, Jennifer Rae Ochs.

Wine and Spirits:       

Experience the ultimate art festival with Thunderbird Artists, where 125 juried fine artists showcase their work in a beautiful setting, allowing patrons to enjoy unrestricted access to explore and appreciate phenomenal art, while sampling fine wines, flavored spirits and microbrews. Upgrade your experience with an engraved souvenir glass and ten tasting tickets, allowing you the power to select the samples that appeal most to you. This year’s participating wineries include Arizona’s own Sunbeat Cellars, Celestial Artisan Meadery, King Frosch, Mediterranean Table, Provence Vineyards, Sete Wines, Wilson Creek and Schlossadler International. Carefree Spirits, Desert Diamond Distillery and Outlaw Distillery will provide flavored spirits, while local microbrews will also be available to sample.

Thunderbird Artists’ Festival’s Featured Artist for Scottsdale Waterfront: Acrylic Painter, Jennifer Rae Ochs

Jennifer Rae Ochs is a talented abstract artist known for her vibrant, expressive paintings that capture the essence of emotion and movement. Through her dynamic use of color and texture, Jennifer's artwork invites viewers to explore the depths of their own creativity and imagination. Her artistic style is characterized by bold brushstrokes, vivid colors, and intricate textures. Her abstract pieces evoke a sense of energy and spontaneity, as if the paint itself is dancing across the canvas. Each artwork is a reflection of Jennifer's inner world, a window into her thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

In 2023, JRO ART partnered with Evolve Systems to create a custom textile design with intent to style the team with company branded wearables, more inspired than the standard swag. Jennifer indulges her passion for design, multimedia creation, adventure, and travel alongside her dedication to the study of classical piano.
