Description
Sedona Mago Center for Well-Being and Retreat extends a warm welcome to our 7th Annual Sedona Lantern Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This ticketed event is open to all and invites you to release, renew, and dream together beneath the stars as we honor our ancestors and pray for peace and prosperity in the world. Admission includes a delicious meal, and guests may float a lantern with a donation. Those seeking to extend their experience can stay the night and awaken to a serene sunrise meditation.
During this event, enjoy live music and cultural performances amidst the enchanting and spiritual energy of Sedona Mago’s sacred grounds. Immerse yourself in various ancient Korean traditions, such as expressive dances, gentle and harmonic instrumental music, and grounding, rhythmic drumming. Join us for the highlight of the evening as our lanterns drift across the Healing Lake, carrying our prayers, wishes, and dreams into the night – these lanterns reflect the powerful light we represent as we join together, our hearts beating in harmony as we gather to ignite hope, inspire kindness, and nurture positive change for all of humanity.
Sedona Mago draws people from all over the world who wish to tap into the healing energy of this tranquil environment. Our 173-acre retreat center is located in the stunning Red Rock region, nestled in the hills and plateaus of the Coconino National Forest and surrounded by desert beauty, including a variety of plants and wildlife to keep you company during your visit. Founded in 1998, this organization provides healing retreats and events to people seeking spiritual guidance and nurturing a life full of health, happiness, and inner peace. Guests of Sedona Mago attest to the powerful spiritual energy present amongst the gardens, lake, waterfalls, labyrinths, and other sacred sites available for reflection and meditation.
Our first Lantern Festival, previously called the World Peace Ceremony, was held in October of 2019 to bring people together to create change for a more balanced and harmonious world. Every year, we have continued this tradition, bringing people together in prayer to promote and nurture hope. Sedona Mago is operated by the Tao Fellowship, a 501c non-profit organization whose mission is to “Love Humanity and Love the Earth”.
Sedona Mago looks forward to celebrating this special event with our members, visitors, and community as One People for One Planet on October 18th in honor of peace and the betterment of all humanity. We have the power to make a profound impact on our planet, and we hope you will join us as we embrace hope, empower change, and unite for a world in need of love.
Admission to this event with dinner included is $29. For more information or to register for a lantern, please visit our website or call the Sedona Mago Welcome Center at (928) 204-3391. We can’t wait to celebrate this special evening with you and share the wonder that Sedona Mago has to offer.
