Celebrate the 4^th of July savoring the flavors of American cuisine.  Skip the heat and enjoy cool, indoor dining featuring refreshing salads, frozen beverages and delightful fare!  Share in the joy of freedom and pleasure of good food. Roaring Fork will be offering their annual Dinner on Us (buy one entrée, get the second one free) promotion on Friday, July 4^th beginning at 4:00pm. 

Wood fired favorites will be served including:

• Big Ass Burger with poblano, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and chipotle mayo served with french fries
• Shrimp and Grits served with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo and fried egg
• Rainbow Trout with green beans, fried capers, toasted almonds, brown butter and grilled lemon
• Cedar Plank Salmon served with teriyaki glaze, green beans and soy butter 
• Rotisserie Chicken with cornbread stuffing, green beans and lemon garlic jus
• Roasted Duck served with sugar chile cured brussels sprouts, sweet onion jam and cherry mustard sauce
• Duroc Pork Chop with maple mustard glaze, sweet potato mash and apple chutney
• Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin served with poblano grits, charred corn, cotija and chipotle balsamic reduction
• Ahi Tuna seared rare with chimichurri, marinated tomatoes and avocado salad with a citrus vinaigrette
• Boneless Buttermilk Fried Steak with mashed potato and peppercorn gravy
