This summer, Buddy The Ball, a local sports and entertainment company designed to inspire youth to get active through movement, games, and character-building, is running Camp Motion, a 5 1-week youth activity camp hosted at Scottsdale Camelback Resort. Even more impactful, all net proceeds benefit the Bounce Big Foundation, a nonprofit committed to providing access to sports, literacy, and life skills for underserved youth.
The Bounce Big Foundation operates weekly tennis and pickleball programs with an integrated focus on reading and social-emotional development. All participating children are enrolled on 100% scholarship, making the program entirely free for families in need. The foundation has been actively serving students in the Glendale School District and is preparing for another impactful school year with even more young athletes on full scholarship.
Camp Motion runs from June 9 through August 1, 2025, and includes activities like tennis, pickleball, basketball, swimming, and more—all in a safe, inclusive, and energetic environment for kids ages 4–12.

Scottsdale, AZ — Summer fun with a purpose is coming to Scottsdale as Buddy The Ball, a local sports and entertainment company dedicated to inspiring youth to get active, launches Camp Motion at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort. The eight 1-week summer camps, open to children ages 4–12, runs from June 9 through August 1, 2025, and features a wide range of activities including tennis, pickleball, basketball, swimming, and more.
The camp’s mission goes beyond fun and fitness—all net proceeds from Camp Motion will benefit the Bounce Big Foundation, a nonprofit providing full scholarships and dynamic programming to underserved youth across Arizona.
“Camp Motion is all about creating joyful, active experiences for kids—while giving back to those who need it most,” said Brandon Christopher, Founder of the Bounce Big Foundation. “We’re proud to host this camp at one of the nicest facilities around, Scottsdale Camelback Resort, and make an even bigger impact through our partnership with the Bounce Big Foundation.”
The Bounce Big Foundation currently runs weekly tennis and pickleball classes that integrate reading and social-emotional development.
