Join us for a day of fun and community at our Unmasking Stigma 5K and Block Party! Lace-up your sneakers and get ready to run for a great cause. The event will be held at 5708 W Union Hills Dr and promises to be a blast for all ages. Not into running no worries, stick around for a lively block party with music, food, and games. Let's come together to raise awareness and unmask the stigma surrounding mental health.

We all know that nature has a powerful effect on one’s emotional well-being, which is why this year’s proceeds will go towards enhancing our Project: Open Sky. This program gets our members out into the wilderness and teaches them skills that they would not have had the opportunity to explore otherwise. It provides hands-on living skills training while also allowing nature to work its magic in the recovery process.

Now we know that this says 5K, but we like to think of it as a community block party with some exercise added as a cherry on top. We invite community members who are not participating in the walk/run to join us in the celebration at no charge.
