This holiday season, Jewel’s Bakery and Café is thrilled to host its Annual Breakfast 
with Santa on December 21st, featuring an inspiring collaboration with The Opportunity Tree. This Arizona-based nonprofit empowers children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through dynamic and innovative programs that foster growth and inclusion across Arizona. Together, we’re creating a holiday experience that celebrates community, joy, and meaningful impact.

A special highlight of the event will be The Opportunity Tree’s SEEDS Employment Services, an 
initiative dedicated to supporting employment services. The SEEDS Program reflects the belief that everyone has something valuable to contribute and Jewel’s Bakery and Café is proud to be part of 
this mission, working hand-in-hand to create a workplace culture that is inclusive, fair, and 
empowering. Through personalized, one-on-one guidance, SEEDS helps individuals with IDD uncover their unique talents, secure integrated and fulfilling employment, and thrive in roles that reflect their potential. This partnership embodies the spirit of the season—connection, empowerment, and the celebration of every individual’s abilities.

Children and pets are also invited to join in the holiday fun by sharing their wish lists with 
Santa and capturing the moment with a special photo. This festive tradition ensures smiles for all 
while shining a light on the life-changing work of the SEEDS Program.
