Available for one night only, the menu will beautifully blend the vibrant flavors of Latin and Japanese cuisine, celebrating the unique tastes of the Sonoran Desert. $175 + tax and gratuity.
Menu highlights include:
Scallop Crudo: corn leche de tigre, grilled corn relish, candied jalapeño
Waygu Striploin: fig miso mole, grilled figs, tallow fried potato
Mole Brownie ice cream sandwich
