Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill will be hosting a special event in conjunction with Casamigos Tequila featuring culinary creations designed to complement the rich, smooth flavors of the spirits.  There will be four stations featuring food and drink pairings including:

·         Guacamole, Salsa & Creamy Queso Dip Trio served with fresh corn tortilla chips paired with Casamigos Blanco Neat with Cucumber & Tajin

·         Spicy Shrimp Ceviche with Habanero peppers, red onions, avocado, cilantro, tomato and fresh corn tortilla chips paired with Casamigas Jalapeno Neat with Watermelon & Tajin

·         Baja Street Taco Sampler with Pork Carnitas, Sauteed Shrimp & Chicken Tinga Tacos served on corn tortillas with grilled tomato salsa paired with Blood Orange Mezcal Margarita

·         Cinnamon Sugar Churros with vanilla ice crem, Mexican chocolate and mint sprig paired with Anejo Old Fashioned with Chocolate Bitters
