Guests of FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and locals alike are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Match Market & Bar. During two seatings on Thursday, Nov. 23, Match will be serving the following exclusive three-course menu:

1st Course, choice of:

-Cranberry Pecan Salad with apples, goat cheese and honey mustard dressing
-Carrot Ginger Soup with coconut milk, chili oil and cilantro

2nd Course, choice of:
-Smoked Turkey Breast with traditional stuffing, sweet yam puree, crumbled pecans, roasted brussels sprouts and pan jus
-Stuffed Roasted Acorn Squash with cornbread stuffing and apple

3rd Course, choice of:
-Pumpkin Spice Mousse atop graham cracker cake with a praline crumble
-Warm Cranberry, Blood Orange and Apple Cobbler
