Join us for a Celebration of Women!
Join "The Retreat Ladies" Dawn Hopkins and Sara Chesterfield for a special class designed to celebrate women.
Take a break from the demands of your daily life. Relax and rejuvenate. Tap into your innate wholeness. Connect with other amazing women in a safe and welcoming community.
We can't wait to celebrate beautiful you!
Our time together will include Slow Flow Yoga, QiGong, Meditation and Sound Healing. Mimosas, mocktails and snacks will be served afterward. Everyone who attends will receive a special gift as well!

Bring your own yoga mat and equipment. A large beach towel or blanket is suggested as the grass might be a little damp. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle!
Advance registration is required by 6 pm the night before!
