Thirsty Lion Gastropub will be hosting a specialty wine dinner event on Thursday, April 20^th in conjunction with

Caymus Winery.  Guests will enjoy a four-course meal with wine pairings beginning at 6:00pm.  Menu items will

include:

·       Fresh Fruit and Artisan Cheese Platter

·       Spicy Fried Cauliflower, Sesame Tempura Fried with Spicy Black Bean Hoisin, Toasted Cashews, Scallions, Cilantro, and Sriracha Aioli paired with 2021 Conundrum White Blend-CA

·       Grilled Salmon Cake with Fresh Salmon, Celery and Onions Coated with Panko Bread Crumbs and Flat Top Grilled. Topped with Sriracha Aioli, Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes and Arugula paired with 2021 Sea Sun Pinot Noir-CA

·       Grilled Filet Mignon, House Seasoned, grilled to perfection with Gorgonzola Demi-Glace, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts paired with 2020 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon- CA

·       Caramel Apple Crumble with Glazed Granny Smith Apples, Baked with a Cinnamon Pecan Streusel Topping, Vanilla Ice Cream and Salted Caramel Sauce paired with 2021 Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay-CA

At the conculsion of the evening, each attendee will receive Caymus wine glasses, and one lucky winner will receive a Magnum of Caymus ($200 value).
