All you need to do is show up, feel the burn & experience a variety of workouts including yoga, dance parties, HIIT, bootcamp, barre, cardio & sculpt. Certified instructors will teach a 60-minute workout to bumpin’ DJ beats, while fitness motivators work the group & assist attendees with moves & modifications as needed. Stick around after class to ask questions & receive individualized instruction. All ages & fitness levels are welcome.
