The Guaranteed Rate Bowl is a unique and exciting event unlike any other bowl game in the country. It features Bowl Season’s only matchup between the Big Ten and Big 12, two of college football’s most successful conferences. With two BIG teams on the field, it promises to be an entertaining game!
The Guaranteed Rate Bowl at Chase Field was the first bowl to be regularly played at an MLB ballpark, and the transformation of a baseball diamond into a football field creates an atmosphere like no other. After the matchup, the 70,000+ square feet of game turf is donated to a community in need for use as a playing field.
