Enjoy a delicious holiday feast at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa!

The resort will kick-off Thanksgiving with a holiday brunch available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  The menu will consist of holiday favorites including an herb-roasted turkey and prime rib beef with au jus. Additional selections include free range chicken with a creamed orzo, a spiced root vegetable hash, stewed beef barbacoa tacos, three cheese ravioli, and several seafood selections including roasted salmon with a cranberry glaze, chilled Alaskan crab legs, jumbo shrimp, and a sushi station, and more.

Later in the day, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., Southwest Bistro will provide a prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner.  The menu will include a first course selection of either a winter squash bisque or a winter greens salad.  The second course will include a traditional turkey dinner plate with chive mash, stuffing, brown gravy and cranberry sauce, followed by a dessert of apple or pumpkin pie serve with Chantilly cream, cinnamon, and caramel.  A vegetarian version of the menu is also available upon request.

The brunch buffet is $125 for adults or $145 with unlimited access to a mimosas or Bloody Mary bar, $52 for children between the ages of six and 12, and children five years and younger dine free. An automatic 18 percent gratuity will be added to all parties. The prix fixe dinner at Southwest Bistro is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations for both options are required and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.
