The J's 20th Anniversary Gala

Join us in celebrating our emerald anniversary on the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus. This extraordinary evening will include a celebrity mentalist, aerialists, floating bubble acrobatics, fire performers, an after-party with a live band, and so much more. The highlight of the evening is the awards reception for several honorees whose endless service and unwavering dedication have significantly impacted our community’s ability to thrive throughout the past two decades. 

Joel Kramer Lifetime Leadership Award Joel Kramer has profoundly contributed to an established history of notable service, professional expertise, inspiration, and recognition and respect from peers, J staff, and members for a period of at least 20 years. Joel influenced and created a lasting impact on the organization, which set a strong foundation for future leadership.

Lanny Lahr Habonim (Builder) Award The outstanding determination, dedication and leadership Lanny contributed throughout the 1999-2002 Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus Capital Campaign impacted lives beyond the projects' scope. He was instrumental in turning a community dream into a reality by building one campus to house many local Jewish agencies and schools. Twenty years later, over a million people enjoy activities on the campus throughout the year.

Nicole & Joshua Perilstein Maya Schulder Rising Star Award In the midst of the pandemic, Nicole and Josh Perilstein began dedicating their time and skills to The J with a desire to preserve the inclusive community and refuge for their family that they loved. Nicole has been fostering relationships between preschool families and supporting the teachers and staff for two years. Josh was instrumental in planning and executing The J's FORE the Kids Golf Tournament fundraiser.
