Tucson Medical Center’s annual TMC Mega Raffle, which has raised nearly $7 million to date is back for its eighth year. Tickets will be available to the public beginning Thursday, Feb. 6. The 2020 Mega Raffle will award more than 2,800 prizes, with net proceeds benefiting patient care programs and services. The 50/50 Jackpot, which totaled $728,440 in 2019, is also back, with no limits as to how high the jackpot can grow. 

This year, a beautiful A.F. Sterling custom home, located in the Las Cabañas neighborhood, north of Prince Rd. on Tucson Blvd. is Grand Prize #1 or the winner can choose the cash option of $625,000. Grand prize #2 is a 2020 Jaguar I-Pace plus cash or $150,000 cash option.

Participants that enter before midnight, March 5, will be eligible to win the two Early Bird prize packages. Early Bird prize #1 is a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 plus $18,000 cash and an eight-night Italian adventure in Positano, Capri and Rome. Early Bird prize #2 is a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLA plus $16,500 cash and six-night luxury cruise through France’s Rhone River. 

Each ticket has a one in 20 chance of winning a prize. In addition to the Grand Prize packages and Early Bird packages, participants are eligible to win an amazing selection of the newest car models, luxury vacation packages, cash prizes along with the latest in electronics, jewelry, and home accessories. This year the total for the TMC Mega Raffle prize package is valued at more than $2.2 million.

Funds from the TMC Mega Raffle continue to enhance patient care programs and services throughout the hospital. In 2019 Mega Raffle grants helped fund a new fluoroscopy machine and pediatric suite that will be complete in 2020, new equipment and technology for the CardiacVascular Center, support for an expanding genetics counselor program and the TMC honors veterans’ program.

The final cut-off for purchasing tickets is Thursday, Mar. 26. Although the last three years tickets have sold out early. All winners will be announced by early April.
