September is again being designated as “Money Month” in Arizona. This year’s initiative focuses on helping non-traditional business owners and entrepreneurs create a comprehensive, fresh plan for strategically growing their businesses and financing their futures.

“The first two years of Money Month were incredibly successful and eye-opening for our community,” says John Lewis, senior vice president at National Bank of Arizona. “This year we are raising the stakes and working even harder to bring relevant information to women, minority and veteran-owned businesses across the state. We want to assist these often-overlooked groups in generating more revenue and growing their businesses with confidence.”

As with previous years’ events, Money Month 3.0 is powered by National Bank of Arizona. The banking group is committed to helping its diverse clientele thrive, regardless of their age, race or gender. The initiative is also supported by the Co+Hoots Foundation and ASU Entrepreneurship + Innovation.

Money Month 3.0 will feature community events throughout September in various locations around Maricopa County and Tucson.  Examples of these events include:

The community efforts throughout the month will culminate in the highly-anticipated Money Month 3.0 Intensive Master Class. This event will include topics such as: 

• Strategically choosing intentional growth for your business
• Improving your skills with financial tools and reports
• Strengthening your mindset to have confidence and clarity for growth
• Evaluating if you really need outside money to grow
• Learning how to talk to money people so they want to talk with you

This one-day program will be held on September 28, 2019 at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center and is limited to only 60 attendees.

Participants in the Money Month 3.0 Master Class will take away a personalized, comprehensive roadmap for growth plus books and other helpful materials from the speakers. They will also leave the Master Class armed with lists of local resources, as well as connections to other like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs who are in attendance.
