Guests are invited to hop on into Tres Tempe Restaurant to enjoy a festive brunch in honor of Easter Sunday. On April 21 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Tres presents a spread of culinary delights including:

·       Meat and Cheese Display — with artisan charcuterie and cheese

·       Fruit Display — featuring sliced, hand-cut harvested fruits garnished with seasonal berries

·       Herb Scrambled Eggs

·       Tres Frittata — with local wild mushrooms a la grecque, garden baby kale, shaved parmesan and Manchego

·       Tres Cheese Torte — with spicy herbed ricotta, roasted poblano peppers, corn tortillas, and salsa verde

·       Honey-Peppered Crisp Bacon

·       Papas Bravas

·       Tres Lemon Ricotta Pancakes — with fresh seasonal berries and confectioner’s sugar served with whipped Chantilly cream and barrel-aged maple syrup

·       Spanish Paella — with chorizo, chicken, sofrito, shrimp, mussels, chickpeas, tomatoes and herbs

·       Espresso-Rubbed Baron of Beef with a red wine demi, creamy horseradish sauce and silver-dollar-sized rolls

·       Tres Miniature Desserts — including Tres Leche Cheese Cake, Citrus Sabayon, Chocolate Hazelnut Torte and Fruit Crostatas
