The 20th annual PANDA “Children Helping Children” Fashion Show and Luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Phoenician. This year’s event will benefit childhood cancer research and feature 59 models, a live and silent auction, and raffle. 

“The 2019 research project brings us back to our roots as PANDAs - funding childhood cancer research,” said PANDA President Sandy Hobbs.  The PANDA Childhood Cancer Inflammation Project will look at young kids undergoing bone marrow transplants, and research ways in which their diet and gut health impact their treatment.

Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) is returning as the Title Sponsor for the second time. Sam Fox, founder of FRC said, “Anytime we have an opportunity to help children in need, it is something we gravitate toward. The Steele Children’s Research Center at the University of Arizona is touching the lives of so many people and it’s our pleasure to support PANDA and their efforts to fund life-saving research.”

This year’s fashion show will feature 59 “children helping children” from across the Valley and Tucson dressed in spring fashions provided by Saks Fifth Avenue. The theme for this year’s fashion show is “A Storybook of Hope.”
